- Hello, some of you might know me for my CoD2 mods(Normandy and Yugoslavia) and I've decided to make one for Call of Duty 4- Modern warfare. I see lots of mp mods but a small amount of sp mods so I plan to create a custom campaign (3 or 4 maps, maybe more, depending on my will). The story is of course made up by me but will have real locations and it wont eat you heart but I think it will be full of intense moments. I just hope I'll get the time to do this...:D
And yes, I've created a Facebook page, after numerous posts to create one and a link to my youtube channel.

Its been almost a year now...I thought it will be done by now, but recent events have prevented me in any kind of moding whatsoever. I got little free time around Xmass and I used it well, worked on both my mods. This mod would be done a lot quicker if it werent for some stupid bugs caused by IW engine and the moding tools. So, the 3 maps are done now...I am moving on the 4th one, which should be easier cause it doesnt involve real peoples ;)

Yes.They had black helmets but normally they should have PASGT,but some of the delta troops used skate helmets (yeah,I was impressed too when I heard that from someone who fought there).The second image is good.Yeah.That's the type of camo pattern,uniform and vest.
Delta troops used M16,M16 with M203 grenade launcher,but,they soldiers who had optical sights on their M16/CAR15 or M4 assault rifles,most of them had Aimpoint scopes.They used there M240 PARA,M249 SAW,Colt M1911 pistol (change it because the variant from default COD4 is not correct according to the date of 1993 when Somali war was,so,you could change it),Berretta M9,M14 with scope and TAN camo finish,or simply black,the pilots used MP5's with folding stock,and M9 or M1911 pistol (or M4 assault rifle),there,also were some Navy SEALs troops on the ground,but,their OBJ. was only to protect.So you could add them if you want (but of course without modern day camo!-use the pattern used in 1993 for authenticity),they had MH-6 little bird choppers (painted in black),UH-60 ''Black Hawk'' choppers (painted in black).I don't think they had EOTech or Red Dot sights like modern day.I know they had AIMPOINTS sights on assault rifles.The enemy force (somali) used AKM,AK-47,AK-74,AKS-47,AKS-74U (but the AKS didn't had that,black plastic grip next to the barrel damn,i do not know the english term,maybe is called FOREGRIP but I am not sure...),RPG-7...
The both sides used Browning M2 '50cal. heavy machine gun

The model of Aimpint scope they used was CompM2 model.When you look down the sights while using it,you see a red dot.
Delta troops,moste of them like 90-99 percent didn't used PASGT because it's poor protection quality.Even a 7.62x25mm tokarev bullet can penetrate it.So,wearing a skate helmet,or a PASGT,it was the same thing,both of them could be easily penetrated.(modern day PASGT is improved now.At that time,in 1993...)
Rangers used PASGT helmets.

M16,was the first.It was made during Vietnam war.In 1993,Rangers used M16 assault rifles,with 5.56x45mm calliber and 30 round magazine.It WAS ABLE TO SHOOT FULLY AUTOMATIC MODE! NOT ONLY 3 ROUND BURST AS YOU SEE IN COD OR OTHER GAMES!
So=DELTA troops,used CAR15.
=RANGERS used M16.
