A world that put trust into the hands of tyranny is one doomed to fail... Project vigor, this was meant to be a new step for the world to embrace a life without disease or war, resulting in a better quality life and way of life for the world being able to rest easy knowing that many threats in our world could be erased by this wonderful piece of technology. However, unknown to the world, CyberCon had other intentions that they weren’t willing to share with the rest of the world.

Shouldn't it be spelled "Turmoil"?
It's a re-creation of the original map from BrainBread that is called 'termoil'. Too late to change the name now :P (and some of the original maps has some... typos in them.) Other than that, you are correct, it should be called Turmoil.

Oh god, that wasn't official, was it? It looks awful compared to the other campaigns; like the Blade Runner one.
Sadly, it is. There are also more rushed official maps.
Well one thing I can definitely say is that this looks much better!
