Description
Sadly the lords who own small castles not cities are randomly located, but there's a pretty good chance that they will get their "historical" ones. Greater lords who own cities are fix and always have their home region (Imrahil = Dol Amroth, Orodeth = Pelargir, Denethor II = Minas Tirith)
