Update which adds five new levels, three new enemies, two new weapons and many improvements over the previous version.
MEGA-UPDATE. After four months since the last update we bring you the latest version of Blood: Dead on Arrival, which is the biggest upgrade since v1.3 and adds the following content:
-New enemies: Missed them? The Flesh Gargoyle, Bloated Butcher and Gill Beast all make an appearance now.
-New levels: Five, three bonus levels and two mini-games. Fight on a floating fortress, ride a spiral to the end while fighting cyberdemons in Lateralus and shoot targets in a remixed version of Cabal Hill.
-New weapons: A blunderbuss which fires a lot like Unreal's Flak Cannon and an Old West revolver exclusive to the new target practice mini-game.
Some previously annoying quirks have been fixed, like for example the Molotov does more damage now and secrets are easier to find. Difficulty settings have been extensively tweaked, which means that now there's truly a big difference between playing the mod on Easy and playing it on Hard, and there are also plenty of tweaks which make the game flow a bit more smooth, such as the score screen no longer being shown after choosing a mini-game or a bonus level.
New music tracks and effects (like the Doom 64 teleportation effect) have been added, and the downloadable .ZIP comes with a nice 720p wallpaper of Blood: Dead on Arrival as well as the GZDoom source-port and some handy instructions in case you don't know how to launch the mod.
