This is our development paper, which contains definitions of how our implementations will work, as well can you read our current status of the milestones.
We update this every time we we have an implementation to add or change. This document is written from what the developers in the mod decided together, and reinforce the diplomatic development of this mod.

Even if that was the case, There would not be any exceptions.
The reason we don't include the sword state before the shikai, is again due to extra material and animations that needs to be handled.
