Nope it isnt based on Penumbra
You need a light to light the bricks, don't you? So put it.
Also, the tubes seems to be in a shadow but they are fully bright, make it better.
Wheres the source for the light?
Edit: Nevermind, i didnt see the broken lamp in the rubble ^^
Very solid start for this area. Some detail work later on will do wonders !
