If so, whats the names? Cant find them in hammer :P

Never played Penumbra Overturne and the textures is from hl2
The wall texture is concrete/concretewall059f

This needs more work, lighting should be darker, and you should change the ground texture to some tiles, maybe some of them taken out, so you can see grass underneath...

Agreed, the lighting NEEDS TO BE REALLY DARKER, to scare the player, also, that "blood" on the right wall isn't so good, add a corpse to make it better.

I'm willing to bet that there would be dirt, not grass, under tiles in an underground bunker.

Yeah, all of the areas shown far are very early in progress and Bloodzdemon is releasing these shots to get feedback on what the area should look like in the final product. I assure you that we will make every effort for the mod to be as polished, good looking and smooth in the end as we can.
