Not sure on what the fires in the middle are burning on to though. I'd add couple more details onto the fires. Like remnants of exploded barrels containing fuel or something like that so that the fires make more sense. I would also let em slightly differ in size.
Idia: Eventually add a sign board with Black Mesa advertisement or street rules and place related things somewhere left of the road. Possibly with green illumination to add little more color to the place.
