Did you ever hate the fact, that you are so limited to what you could build, when playing Austria on, say Road to 56 or Greater Possibilities: Austria. Well now you can. Mod is not recommended with Vanila (Except you want more States as Germany).

The shape of provinces in Hearts of iron 4 are saved in such a weird way, that only paradox could come up. Now to the point: There is a provinces.bmp file in the map directory and it defines the worlds provinces. Every province is given an exact RGB color code and you paint that RGB code on the map to define the shape of the province. To number the provinces there also is a definition file called "definition.csv". Where just one little +1 of a number destroys the whole game. And there where I am now. I think a pixel has like one shade to dark, and the game keeps crashing. Im trying to fix it.
