IMPORTANT NOTES

Expect this mod to conflict with most mods, POW Reinstated modifies nearly all of the files currently available to modify in prison architect, chances are some funky stuff will occur or the other mods may overwrite some features completely, this isn't to say you shouldn't experiment though. Be careful placing mods above POW Reinstated with a ">language>base-language" file in them, as this file may overwrite code used for POW. Additionally, mod conflict may be responsible for any graphical, UI, sprites or game code issues you may encounter. As POW Reinstated has reached it's stable release, Assume all issues to be associated with mod conflicts.

INSTALLATION

1. Create a folder on your desktop, Name it POWR or whatever you wish

2. Using a tool (e.g 7-zip, Winrar), Extract the contents of the 'POWReinstated.rar' file into
the created desktop folder (Right click the .rar file and select "Extract here")

3. Navigate to your Prison Architect Mods folder
WINDOWS: C:\Users\% Username %\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\mods
MAC: /Users/Username/Library/Application Support/Prison Architect/mods

3. Open 'POWR - The Full Collection' and select all of the folders and drag-and-drop them into your
Prison Architect mods folder (There should be multiple folders with the Main File, Overhauls and Variables)

4. In game, Open the "Extras" menu, Click "Mods", You will see all of the POWR variables and Overhauls
there, Checkmark "Prisoners of War - Reinstated", It should now be listed at the top under "Active Mods".
In the same menu, Hover over 'Prisoners of War - Reinstated' and click the up arrow until it is at the top of
your mod load order if you're using any other non-POWR mods.

UPDATING THE MOD

1. Same Exact process as installing the mod, Just remove the old files. Navigate to your Prison Architect Mods folder
WINDOWS: C:\Users\% Username %\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\mods
MAC: /Users/Username/Library/Application Support/Prison Architect/mods

2. Delete the 9 POWR folders located here

3. Open 'POWR - The Full Collection' and select all of the folders and drag-and-drop them into your Prison Architect mods folder (There should be multiple folders with the Main File, Overhauls and Variables) You will not lose any saved data or created prisons updating this mod.

VARIABLES AND OVERHAULS

POWR has a lot of variables you can use if you want to change your play-style, The Overhauls reskin all staff
and troops (and sometimes terrain), The Variables can do a number of things such as re-equip your officers with
MP40's or Mausers and a number of other options.

Overhaul: Luftwaffe
Description: This Overhaul will change the uniforms of all staff to that of the German Luftwaffe.
Luftwaffe Notes: Must be placed above POW Reinstated in the mod load order for it to work correctly.

Overhaul: Afrika Korp
Description: This mod variable overhauls the base mod and brings you to the African theatre, Under command of the
legendary DAK Afrika Korps.
Notes: Must be placed above POW Reinstated in the mod load order for it to work correctly. Recommended you
select "Desert Plot" when creating new stalag.

Overhaul: Winter Wunderland
Description: This Overhaul will change the uniforms of all staff to winter clothes and changes some terrain
features to that of colder climates.
Notes: Must be placed above POW Reinstated in the mod load order for it to work correctly. Recommended you
select "Snowbound Plot" when creating new stalag.

Variable: MP40 Guards
Description: This mod variable equips all guard staff with an MP40.
Notes: This mod WILL conflict with the "MG42 Soldat" mod variable, Please choose one or the other. Must be
placed above POW Reinstated in the mod load order for it to work correctly.

Variable: Mauser Guards
Description: This mod variable equips the guards with the Mauser pistol
Notes: Must be placed above POW Reinstated in the mod load order for it to work correctly.

Variable: MP40 Soldats
Description: This mod variable equips all Armed Guard staff with an MP40.
Notes: This mod WILL conflict with the "MG42 Soldat" mod variable, Please choose one or the other. Must be
placed above POW Reinstated in the mod load order for it to work correctly.

Variable: MG42 Soldat
Description: This mod variable equips all Armed Guard staff with a new weapon, The "MG-42 Belt-Fed".
Notes: This mod WILL cause conflicts with Afrika Korp, Winter Wunderland, Luftwaffe, MP40 Soldat, MP40 Guards
and Worth While Sturmtruppen. Must be placed above POW Reinstated in the mod load order for it to work correctly.
Recommended only using just this mod with no other Overhauls or Variables enabled.

Variable: Worth While Sturmtruppen
Description: Gives the Riot troops mp40's as well as increasing the amount of units you can callout to 10
Notes: Must be placed above POW Reinstated in the mod load order for it to work correctly.
