Better handling for San Andreas v1.1 file

This is version 1.1 of my personal handling.cfg for San Andreas, which is based on Cabera's cfg (https://projectcerbera.com/gta/sa/handling-overhaul). I have used his guides and cfgStudio2 for this.

I felt there arent much good handling cfgs out there so i decided to make my own 😱. Acceleration is smoother and slower, and brakes dont lock up as much.

Currently, it only has cars, trucks and bikes changed.
Feedback is very much appreciated.

Installation: Extract the "handlingv1.1" folder in your modloader folder.

Parameters changed in this mod: Acceleration speed and curve, Top speed, Weight, Braking, TurningMass, Steering and Grip.
