Better Handling for San Andreas Version 1.0 file

This is version 1.0 of my personal handling.cfg for San Andreas, which is based on Cabera's cfg. I have used his guides and cfgStudio2 for this.

I felt there arent much good handling cfgs out there so i decided to make my own 😱. Acceleration is smoother and slower, and brakes dont lock up as much.

Parameters changed: Acceleration speed and curve, Top speed, Weight and Braking

Currently, it only has cars, trucks and bikes changed.
In Version 1.1, TurnMass, steering and grip will be changed.
Feedback is very much appreciated as this is subject to change.

Installation: Extract the "handlingv1" folder in your modloader folder
