Not being satisfied with the Barrel explosion animation for Voxel Doom I set out to change it into a snappier more satisfying animation. The explosion is now replaced with a green blast of toxic fumes instead of the 4 frames of red voxelated smoke blasts, which is kind of weird in my opinion, given that it's supposed to be some kind of nuclear barrel.
All of the credit goes to Cryonaut for creating the visual effects in this Mod(https://www.moddb.com/mods/the-code-based-visual-fx-suite-for-gzdoom-aka-codefx) I only modified it to only include the Barrel Explosions and tweaked some of the features I didn't like.
