Does this replace the normal "nose cam"?
No, it doesn't replace the cockpit cam. It replaces the "Outside Hud" cam, that invisible cam like spectator you know.

Check if you installed this patch over a clean battlefield 1942 with patch 1.61
And it will only work on sigleplayer mode since the camera will replace the "Outside Hud" cam for planes.
how to install this? :) anybody an idea? i have read the readme file.. but i dont no how to do it;).
Just drop this folder "Mods" inside the directory you intalled your game like:
C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 1942
