Stats-wise, the only thing i'd expect to be different is the option of a Tank Commander. Otherwise, it's just a different model and skin.

Finally, the Stug III has made it into CoH. Credits for the model go to DMz and Eliwood. The Stug III can also be upgraded with a commander. Will replace StuG IV within 6th SS Panzerarmy
