Adds more provinces, all horde factions now start as hordes and Alemannii are now a horde faction. Includes Rebel Commander so you can play as the Romano-British, Slavs, Eastern/Western pretenders (check their campaign description on how to play as them). Ostrogoths now start on the map.
Description
To install just extract the data folder into the bi folder and overwrite.

I replaced the folder bi with the one included in the ZIP, replaced all the files inside the data folder, when I launch the game it crashes at the start, what am I doing wrong?
