Adds more provinces, all horde factions now start as hordes and Alemannii are now a horde faction. Includes Rebel Commander so you can play as the Romano-British, Slavs, Eastern/Western pretenders (check their campaign description on how to play as them). Ostrogoths now start on the map.

Credit to Epistolary Richard for Rebel Commander. Download this if you want to launch the mod on its own as opposed to modifying the BI files. To install, extract the expandbi folder to the bi folder. To launch the mod, add -mod:bi/expandbi into the launch options of Rome Total War and launch BI, or make a shortcut of RomeTW-BI.exe, go to its properties and add -mod:bi/expandbi at the very end of the box labelled "Target"

When I start this it crashes? Is the new folder meant to be inside the BI folder?
