The one and only problem i have with this model is that it sticks through tommy's hands when standing/running because its replacing a very small remote that he use to hold. but if i move it or make it any bigger as to move to make it not look like a hand is going right through it then it would penetrate his body instead.

And don't forget, player model will be changed too, right?

Aug 7 2007 Anchor

I'm working on the player model, had to start again, now it's better.. Kinglog those models are great, I think the gibsons strings should be darker, and the mics and screws (volume and such) should have that gray or metal texture in the middle and a line around the thing under the mics and strings, forgot it's name.. And the middle come up a little so it's a bit like round, really cool though. I love the radio controller, I will marry it when it gets released. :P Can't you change the animations easily, with 3ds max? I've tried it and it's really easy, but I just didn't know how to save them.. I think you can even do it with gmax, with kams script, I remember doing it

Aug 7 2007 Anchor

first off, i would add more details to the frets and strings and such but truthfully it wouldn't make much of a difference because they are so small in game you can barely notice them and the antialiasing in game makes it harder for you to see the finer details because the weapons are small. so it would be a waist of an hour or 2 making up textures and mapping them and doing the other detailed work when no one can really notice to much of a difference anyway

Secondly, if i knew how to animate in 3ds max and put it in game i would be glad to do that but i just know how to model, i don't even know where to begin to animate in 3ds max or how to even take the animation and then finally put it in game... ill let someone else from the mod handle it if they want to but i cant nor know how to do it.

Aug 7 2007 Anchor

I didn't mean you about the animation, I ment anyone that was talking about it. I just tried exporting animation with gmax, I did what the exporter told to but I just got something wrong, complains about format

well, if you figure out how, tell us. We never mucked around with animations yet.
