Back to the Future: Hill Valley is a mod for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Back to the Future: Hill Valley will be based on the Back to the Future Trilogy, allowing the player to re-enact all the great moments from the films. While some parts of the story are stretched to make it more enjoyable, we are determined not to stray too far from the original story-line. The people behind this mod want the community to relive the movies and have as much fun in the process as possible. With the outstanding game play of the Sandbox hit, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, in combination with one of the best movies of all time, Back to the Future, this mod is sure to bring countless hours of fun to anybody who enjoyed the movies.

Currently the town's blueprints are being constructed at a rather slow pace, making sure i am careful and have everything planned out correctly. I am using a real town, in northern arizona, alot like hill valley, as a basis for the blueprints. A quick update before i head to bed of the current progress
The program I use is 3D Studio World for the large productions, then export to 3ds max for the more exact details and precision work, along with the future texturing. For the mean time, i use very simple textures, so i dont get lost in the gray's. |

Gamble house will be in the game( Docs mansion, for those of you who didn't know), its one of my first projects after I get the blueprints down. thanks for the tour, but unfortunetly, I ran into the same problems as most of the other shots I have of hill valley, the set has been altered alot. There is only a few buildings that were in the films that are still around to this day, and I have to say, its a shame, cause the set atm is much nicer then in the movies, but we roll with the punches. I am planning to revisit and upgrade downtown when the rest of the map is nearing completion, and I can get a better look at the performance side of things. Anywho, thanks for the interest and I will try to keep you updated as much as possible. The estimated time of completion for the 1955 hill valley, is 6 months. |

After a very belated break, I'm back and working hard. While I'm currently juggling school, life, moving and this mod, updates will be not be as often as i would enjoy if i had my way. But without further ado, Hill Valley expands.
While its just the street layout atm, within the next couple of weeks you can expect to see some of the famous buildings popping up. Such as Doc's Mansion and The High School. keep in mind this will be the smallest of the 3 modern times of 1955, 1985 and 2015. So you can easily expect 2015 to be double the size; to give you a mental image. Sorry for the poor picture quality, Better Screens will come soon.
