Thanks! Direction of the drops depends on the point where monster was hit.
I noticed that! And the colour too; red when you hit the human body, and yellow/green when you hit the Headcrab! I especially appreciate the way you made the blood appear to have mass by showing it flying through the air for a second before it actually creates a decal on the surroundings. Way more realistic.

Really awesome also you could add a varity of blood colors like darker red and darker yellow and it randomly select a value. Even Human blood isnt red all the time :D
Thanks! Good idea, it will work with particles, but decals have only 1 color and I made alien blood the way darker than HL one. Maybe I'll return to this later.
