Description

after discussing some technical issues with theharkkonen and wordsarecool I realized that we could make the radar towers and campaign airfields more than just buildings to be captured. I've added a new code so that these buildings enchant enemy aircraft to reduce their defense values and make them more vulnerable to interception. The campaign airfields now have researchable techs that can help enhance the aircraft of players that own them.

this screen shot is from a new mission: the Battle of Pantelleria Island. It shows Italian fighters and anti-aircraft bunkers shooting down Allied bombers and fighters.

the Island airfields (Axis, and Allied) don't have the radar function since radars aren't built into those models. the regular faction airfields won't have them to give these capturable campaign buildings added value.
