Description
Terror Leader prefers to use heavier armored units with higher fire-power. So he decided to replace usual Quad-Cannons with Shilka Self-propelled machinegun Air-defense complexes. When Shilka reaches third veterancy level it gains explosive bullets which increases it's Anti-Vehicle capabilities.

Maybe you could add the ZPU-4 as a light deployable AA?
looks really nice, but the body (as of the KUB and BUK alike) appears to be a little bit too orange. the original desertlike color would make those three look extraordinary. maybe you could fix this?
make an upgrade so it can shoot short range missiles
GLA already has 2 big-*** SAM launchers.
Yeahh,every GLA sides Quad cannon should replaced with this or "Tunguska"(this was predecessor?,forgotten...)

ah, the Zeus-23. cant hate these things. u no, in real life, they have to replace the barrels after about 5000 rounds of continuous firing b/c the barrels get so hot
