They are the same civ itself, just with modern stuff.
Will they still be a mercenary army just like with the Habsburgs? And what do you mean evolution? Do they become Austrian upon reaching later ages or are they Austrian from the start?

So the Hungarian Kingdom is officially discarded? I think you people mentioned something about them a year ago (unless you guys meant the revolution option for both Germany and "Austria" (Habsburgs))
The civ already have Hungarian units, it's must have in this case.
