Where should I start. I was thinking that finally a new mod came out, and that I might finally get to play something. Due to the deluge of translation, we finally have a mod here.

Unfortunately, the disappointment was immeasurable.

Positives

At least the walls don't blend in, although some locked doors had a void behind them, and yet a black plane would have sufficed.

There were no gamebreaking bugs.

Negatives

These are incredibly numerous, from the rather boring gameplay, to the missing memento text.
There are many but one thing is for sure, the author can make a basic map out of entities and statics, but the lighting is practically non-existent, and the lighting and billboards by the windows are undoubtedly pathetic.

It's going to be an incredibly long road, but the author might release some decent and acceptable mod in the future. (maybe)

Positives:

-Averagely good design
-Some creativity and attention to detail

Negatives:

-Very short
-Ladder memento did not work
-Unoriginal story
-No events

This is a slightly lacking, but also a slightly promising start. You do have a good level design potential, it is crystal clear. The mod had no events apart from the very predictable Kaernk chase, which is a definite negative as nothing really happened apart from that. The room on the wall was a creative idea though, so I'll give you some kudos on that. The story is unoriginal to the max, with the plot being used for God only knows how many times.

Also: "I think this room caused alot of problems during construction, I'm not going in there."

How do you know this? You just started exploring the place you know nothing about ^^.

Keep making, keep learning. 4/10 for now, mostly due to the lenght and the lack of any events.

Another mod that isn't even 5 minutes long. Releasing a demo of a mod doesn't usually makes sense when it comes to Amnesia, unless the main mod is going to be a few hours long and reach quality of mods like Necrologue.

Anyway, acceptable level design (even though still 2012-2013, some people call that "classic", I call that "lazy"). Vanilla music, no story and a simple water monster chase.

Less pointless but still pointless.
