No, this is not the Modern U.S. flag. This "union flag" is acually a representation of America's first 13 colonies. The union used 2 flags.

Don't listen to people who aren't from the U.S, because chances are they arent accurately aware of U.S. history. The union adopted 2 new states over the course of the war, therefore there is going to be different flags, yet the most commonly seen was the first link I posted.

The Feds had 2 flags also. they changed it because it looked to much like the unions.
