Description
While coding in some new features, I thought of enhancing the Starbase further. Instead of only a hardpoint upgrade you can now get a shield upgrade. Now I know some of you are going to say only 30% and others are probably going to say 30% is to much. Well while I was creating it I considered what percentage it would be. I wanted it to be enhanced to the point to were it could really make a difference but I also didn't want it to be to over powered. You'll be able to purchase it at Class 3, 4, and 5.
