It seems like devs hardcoded almost all that relates to aliens, veapons, health, defenitions and ect. So for now I only can remake Movie Authentic Weapons Pack.( I will try to look further in upk, but there is little hope. I you guys want weapon pack - please tell so in comments. If not - I will update info when/if I find a way to change aliens damage.

Yeah, there are no SDK's, edit utylities, even unbin files with values to edit...
Only those ones could save this game...
No, I can edit for example O'Neil Moving speed, human weapon damage, fire rate, armor color, almost enything about humans. But almost nothing about Player or Aliens.( It's like devs wonted this game to be damaged beyound repare. I still will try to do something, but no promises or dates.(
