Survival Mod for Aliens: Colonial Marines.

It's goal is to make game more Survival and less COD like. It tweak weapon parameters to be accurate to the Movies universe, and do make real damage to an Aliens. Aliens will become real threat, no more fistfighting with the most deadly killing machine in the universe, if they get close you - you are almost for sure are a deadman. NPC marines and mercs are now deal some more damage to aliens too, they will now have steel BB instead of rubber bullets.))

This mode project is containing two different mods:
1.Survival Mod, it makes aliens deadlier and player more vulnerable, and also makes players and friendly NPC weapons more powerful.

2."No more mercs" mod, it replaces mercs in BugHunt mode with aliens.

"No More Mercs" MOD release!

First version just replacing mercs with alien soldiers and lurkers. Second version is replacing all mercs and non-lurker aliens to lurker so there will be only many many lurkers in BugHunt.)

Also seen a coment to replace dinosaur-like heads, I thought about it myself, and I think I can do this. So will be done in next update.)

Prefer this mod to the the gfx mod if im being honest, wish the creator would update this though. Love having a custom mk1 pulse rifle, truly fantastic work. :)

Hey, loving the mod man.

Was curious though (that is if you are sill into updating this mod) if it were possible to somehow change the weapon FOV of all weapons (seems only the Pulse Rifle was affected). Just look ridiculous that all of the weapons are so close to the screen and in your face, even aiming down the sights is a bitch to deal with.

And speaking of aiming down sights, they sway when shooting (specially when fighting PMCs) is all over the place that i just waste so much ammo and have to always go for up close shots. Plus, when aiming with the Plus rifle, the hit markers are out of place with the iron sights, because the hits appear in the middle of the sights and not at the tip like usual weapons. I don't know if its because of the MK1 Pulse Rifle replacing the MK2 rifle, but then again with it just vanilla the "hudson's" Pulse Rifle doesn't have that issue.

I'm having trouble with the survival experience mod. Every time I try to run the game after removing the two pecan files and replacing them with the new one, the game crashes. I don't know what to do.

i second that im sure youll get a new job asap dont worry too much , btw when you have time id appreciate it if you could finish fixing the rest of the weapon

fovs as well as the motion tracker fov since youve done such a great job on the pulse rifle fov and this really needs fixing ever since ACM released , id appreciate it alot agatsuma
