Latest version on 1-04-2013. Fixed all attachments positions of Mk1PR. Paintings are still cant be used and I don't know if it can be fixed at all.
Changes:
Mk2 Pulse Rifle's mesh have been replaced with Mk1 mesh from Hudson's PR with removed decals (Hudson's marks).
But to do that I also was have to remove decals from Hudson's rifle. So you have Automated version Mk1 from start, and Burst fire version with Hudson's.
Weapons:
1.PulsRifle rate of fire 900, magazine size 95, max ammo caried 380 (4 magazines)
2.Smart Gun rate of fire 1200
3.Sentry Gun rate of fire 1100
Instructions:
1.Remove (BACKUP!!!!) PecanGame.upk and PecanGame.upk.uncompressed_size files from Steam\steamapps\common\Aliens Colonial Marines\PecanGame\CookedPCConsole
2.Copy PecanGame.upk from archive to Steam\steamapps\common\Aliens Colonial Marines\PecanGame\CookedPCConsole
3.Start game. without PecanGame.upk.uncompressed_size game will recognize uncompressed moded upk normally.

since the latest update on steam A:CM wont load with the real USCM weapons, which is a huge pity as my self and my m8 really feel that the weapons feel much more closer to the movies than the games MK2 crap...
and thus makes the game by far more enjoyable to play :) is there any way around this ?
Haven't looked yet, current version is not compatible with latest patch.( will look if I can update mod.
thnx for taking teh time either way... also I contacted Gearbox and made a recommendation that your mod be allowed to be used in ACM either by mod launcher or them contacting you regarding the improvements you made... to maybe contact yourself as your mod brought the game closer to what the game should be
if anything if they do take it further and take the matter at heart then it may make your life easier where creating any future mod is concerned hopefully :)
That will be great. I'm personaly wish that they will just take my mod and implement it as some difficulti choise. And I hope they return MK1 PR and real weapon parameters by themselfs. But I don't think it'll happen.(
yeah since the update stopped the mod from being able to work my m8s and I really find the game lacking...
I really enjoy the Aliens CM game though even with bugs and glitches they didn't seem to bother me, personally I thought the graphics were really good, better even with the custom ones but as i said never had much of a problem... apart from the weapons...
MK2 seems far too weak, and the smart gun seems far too weak too, but when we tried your mod, that's when the game came to life
I do hope that they integrate a mod manager to allow it to work
i can never get these mods to work when its loading up any mission it just come up with pop up Aliens Colonial Marines has stopped working what have I done wrong I follow the instructions every time please help me
