Ages of the Federation is a new total conversion mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion. This mod takes place in the Enterprise and Original series eras, focusing on the conflict between the early Federation and Klingon Empire. A resurgent Romulan Star Empire, angry and still licking its wounds after their defeat to Earth and her allies waits in the shadows, ready to take advantage of any of misstep by either the warring powers. The Xindi, new to the galactic stage are also eager to forge their own path.

I really like that! I love how it uses a Beam weapon, i know other ships in STAIII and whatnot have also used Beam weapons for bombardment. But that just look great!

Description

A group of older Romulan assault ships lay waste to a Klingon outpost.

Introducing the Romulan planetary bombardment ship, modeled by Hobbs and textured by Max. The design is based on the adorably named 'Cabbage' from Starfleet Museum. While we'll certainly be choosing a different name, we've all been impressed by how well these retro designs fit in with the wider universe.
