Ages of the Federation is a new total conversion mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion. This mod takes place in the Enterprise and Original series eras, focusing on the conflict between the early Federation and Klingon Empire. A resurgent Romulan Star Empire, angry and still licking its wounds after their defeat to Earth and her allies waits in the shadows, ready to take advantage of any of misstep by either the warring powers. The Xindi, new to the galactic stage are also eager to forge their own path.

Description

Since the re-release AOTF:T4YW V2.00 we have been receiving a high quantity of crash reports via ModDB and our Discord. This unfortunately we are not able to reproduce on machines within the dev team, and therefore efforts to negate this have been extremely difficult and frustrating for the team. The release of V2.03 included a number of changes to help remedy these crashes, and players also are able to lower their quality settings in-game to help stabilise their mods. Unfortunately for some this is still not enough to stop crashes and they have been unable to play. This addon disables the Sins:Remastered PBR shaders as we believe this could allow those experiencing the most difficulty to play and enjoy the mod. We're not sure what is causing the crashing but this may remedy the situation for you.
