160 points in your Arcane proficiency will do it.

I still cant :( Tried with two different characters both above 160 in arcane proficiency and it keeps telling me that i need more magic power

Hi I installed the mod as usual but when I started the game everything is enveloped in bright blue and I can't see anything?

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Edit: Nevermind I restared PC and Game and it seems to be working now
