This mod aims to port Age of Empires Definitive Edition to the Genie engine of Age of Empires II Definitive Edition. Unfortunately, I had to stop progress due to a lack of free time. With this mod I wanted to show the devs what is possible, even for an unexperienced guy like me. With the proper tools and the manpower porting AoE1 to the engine of AoE2 really shouldn’t be a problem.

I was thinking about this the other day, and I decided to search for an AOE 1 to AOE 2 mod. It appears nice, just some tinkering and I think it has potential. Unfortunately, I have zero experience with modding, but I could help somehow.
