Unlike other building skins here, this one at least is now available for use from Rise of Nations Heaven, at Tinyurl.com - we created this file ourselves.
This monument was built by the Fascist regime in Italy, and was originally meant to be a pavillion for the Universal Expo of 1942. The expo never did take place as expected, but the buildings however still remains as one of the best samples of "Fascist" architecture in the world.

Nope. It's actually a prestige building aka "wonder" and it is still standing.
