RPG / FPS / Survival / COOP with a fallout/stalker theme if anyone's interested in resurrecting this, i'm willing to work on it and make it the game it should've been.

Description

nearly 30 perks, all are really powerful/game changing:
support fire: less recoil while prone
agent smith: dodge an attack (usable every ~12 seconds)
puppet master: "charm" 1 monster
stay low: double all miss chances while ducking/prone
surgical precision: Doctor skill damage bonus to aimed shots
mutated!: can swap other perks at any time
time out!: freezes all monsters on map for ~10 seconds
schizophrenia: +10 to all skills for 5 seconds (1min cooldown)
placebo effect: give an illusionary superstim (1min cooldown)
economic moves: super-fast duck/prone delay
nuclear man: consume all radiation, turn into healing (1min cd)
commander: boost nearby friends perks by 25%
controlled burst: +25% damage when firing in short 2-5 round bursts
pack mule: extra carry cap (scientists can wear heavy armor)
shadow cloak: damage reduction while in dark areas
on the move: recoil reduction while moving
chasing shadows: penalty for attacking in stealth cut in half
now you see me: go into stealth mode from anywhere (1 min cd)
imaginary friend: position no longer updated in stealth mode
stalker: junk glows red for easy collecting
wizard: gain crafting bonus while crafting multiple things
tough love: -33% damage reduction while under 33% health, immune to critical hits
quick shot: faster aimed shots
firebomber: more enemies hit by grenades = more damage
stance dance: headshots provide effects depending on stand/duck/prone
no honor: 50% damage boost when attacking from flank/behind
overdosed: spend two stimpacks for temp invulnerability
