Big Fix for SS and DC file - Advanced Campaign Mod for Dawn of War,Winter Assault,Soulstorm and Dark Crusade for Dawn of War

What features

For both versions:

Space Marine sergeant new model, now with power sword upgradable

Lightning claws termintors armor damage fixed, now damage level is ok

Eldar banshee exarch and guardian warlock got higher armor class

Tau fire warrior squad got lower armor class

Necron health upgrades for flayed one and immortal from summoning core(but no more from monolith)

Necron warrior and wraith honour guard using glowing effect after upgrades too

For SS veresion:

Celestian storm bolter damage reduced

Tau commander now using DC campaign wargear

For each race added builder to infantry building(usefull for ally)

Few fixes on metamap, added ancient webway gates in broken lands
