Adios America 1.07 (old) file - !Adios America! mod for Victoria 2: Heart of Darkness

This update is to address Jewish pops, now depending on your government you can encourage Jewish pops to come and grow by accepting them. But with a anti immigration government in charge, you can choose to instead discriminate against them, encouraging them to assimilate or leave.

This was all done because I didn't want Jewish pops to immediately start disappearing as soon as a Multicultural pop was in the state, they have been able to resist being assimilated for 1000's of years.

But at the same time I needed a way to get Jewish culture unaccepted at times it made sense for them to either assimilate or leave a country (Nationalists in charge for example) Because otherwise they will sometimes grow uncontrollably as the only accepted culture alongside multicultural.

Hopefully these issues will be addressed once I make the Culture flipping decisions to revive your mother culture, because then ideally the AI will go back and forth between these 2 forces to make the mid-late game interesting.

Until then hopefully these decisions will work as a way to address the problem.
