A sub mod for CWE 1.13, this Mod adds a new "Multicultural" system where a country with the correct Government polices and ruling party can decide to give up its primary culture, and instead become a "Post National" Country, allowing you to unify all your peoples under the banner of a diverse society. Or you can fight back, and try to preserve your culture against the global tide of multiculturalism. Currently every country can choose to become post national, and can revert back to its Mother culture.

Gets stuck on loading database2 for me. Any ideas?
I would try clearing your documents folder, the CWE one, this mod doesn’t create its own but uses that one. Careful because save games are in there.
I’m not really sure if this is save game compatible, are you getting stuck loading the game at the start? Or loading a save?
