The Stark soldier at the Tower of Joy was unsure of what sword Arthur Dayne was wielding.
Then it Dawned on him.

Dawn is not passed down to an heir like Longclaw or heartsbane. The Sword is given to the best fighter in the house.

Oh oh I am truly looking forward in seeing what other Valyrian Swords we may see in the new update, very nicely done with Dawn, loving the detail work here.
If i'm not mistaken, Dawn is not a Valyrian Sword. It was made from the meteorite steel.
Look's nice, but what about it's mystical, unnatural white color? You've decided to make it more realistic or on some other reasons?
I mean, it's mostly known by it's blade's color, what made it unique even above unique swords.

You mean this sword version is already in game? In current version of mod, yes, it's white, but, correct me if I'm wrong, picture show's us sword's skin it further version.
No its not in 4.1, it will be added in next update, but I commisioned this model from kraggrim and send it to produno so he can add it in next update. So yea I already have it in game. And model is based on TVseries version of the sword, and there Dawn was not that white, it looked more like valyrian steel, so this model color is a sort of compromise between TVseries and books.
This is based on the tv series version of Dawn which was dual wielded by Ser Arthur Dayne.

How do you get this sword? Neither Edric Dayne or Gerold Dayne wields it

you can find it in a chest in Starfall,the castle of house Dayne(you have to be the lord of the castle)
i own Starfall but nit find the sowrd inside the chest

Anyone else having a problem with Dawnstar being invisible? anyone knows how to fix it or do I have to wait till the next update?

I absolutely love this mod, but I do have a few problems with it, some I believe to be balance related that I just dislike personally, (the max-tier armors are worse armor then some of the other armors. Example : The northern infantry tier prior to max tier has better armor than max tier.) but the main issue I seem to have is just bugs, Example : I had 2 looting on my character and was taking loot for myself, (the one hour option) and would fight, let's say 6 Robber Knights, and I'd get maybe an armor, a horse, a couple of lances, a chipped sword, etc. I picked up Mya Stone, and it was just me and her in the party her higher looting skill to start made me excited thinking I'd get more loot, so I'd go into battle with more Robber Knights - 17/18 at a time, and 'Lay first claim to the loot' (1 hour option again) and I get practically nothing every-time, I've reloaded and re-fought battles trying to figure out what the problem is, I send her away and tested my own looting skill of 2 in the same battle, and got a ton of items. I then exported/imported my character and gave myself 10 looting skill, seeing if maybe, it was a script since I had someone in my party, and alas, when I had the higher looting skill I got worse loot. (I plan to test this more to find out what specific leveling of looting bugs it out, maybe the testing will help you out. If this is a In-Game Mechanic that was planned can you explain how it works so players can work around it and focus on when we need to get loot etc.)

How do I get this sword in the game? I tried by killing Edric Dayne
and Gerold Dayne in order to get the sword but it didn't work. Any advice? I also took Starfall but nothing happened.
