(buried)

Beautifull as always.. Can't wait to make some rohirrim charges. Since vanilla disapointed me, looks like a graphical upgrade to warband with 2 or 3 aditions :(

Thats hardly a fair comparison. It was rebuilt from the ground up and most features are now more in depth than ever with countless additions. Not sure what you were expecting from a sequel if not this.

I have my own disappointments with Bannerlord, but considering everything(especially that this is early access) I am very happy with this release.

Are you planning to seperate shoulder pieces like vanila bannerlord does to mix and match parts or are they going to be all one piece?

A lot of the game hasn't even been implemented yet anyway. The approach they're going for is to pump out bugfixes and fix what's already there and then add some content, rinse and repeat.

I was expecting more ''freedom'', i respect your opinion of course, but when a game is in development for 8 years, being delayed for several times you expect a little more. i will give you an example, dialogues, in warband you had a lot more dialogue options than in bannerlord, if you talk to other noble, you can either negotiate with him, ask him about politics, and thats pretty much it.. also, i managed to marry in game with a Southern Empire vassal, there was no cutscene showing that moment, there are no new dialogue options with her, and somehow my reputation with her remains at 0 even though we are married.. Yeah I know it's a sequel and it's early access, but i cant't stop feeling that there are a lot of things missing.
Don't get me wrong i am still enjoying it, but with today's tools i was expecting a little bit more of variation (mainly in dialogue choices with pretty much everyone (nobles, companions etc))

Saying the game is in development for so long is misleading, more time doesnt translate to more productivity in many cases, lots went wrong with development but there is still plenty that will be done.

For people expecting a full game they specifically said to wait until the full release, for reasons like you mention.

I wasn't expecting a full game, but i wasn't expecting a demo also (im joking of course) but i believe you know what I am saying, I love warband, and I believe bannerlord will be a worthy sucessor, but atm it's very raw still. All depends on how they will use their early access time, if they listen to the fans and improve the game or since they got the money in the bankz and just release an update once in a while. I believe in the first though, i have read they plan to maintain the game in early access for a year so it's long way to go. I am convinced that in a year it will be a whole new game (in diplomacy and interaction terms, the rest is perfect apart from the crashes and some needed optimization improvements of course)

Just like with Warband it's mods that will fix all that. Them not releasing the mod tools was huge mistake, but i think in a month or two they will realize that, and release them. But i think modders will find a way to mod the game even without the tools.

I don't believe that's part of their intention, accordingly to what i read they only intend to release them once the game early access ends. I hope you are right tho, really looking forward to Kingdoms Of Arda particularly.

I would also point to the fact that it was announced 8 years ago, doesn't mean the started the develpment of the game the same "day".
They had to build the new engine first.

Lools great. I'm enjoying Bannerlord so far. Although my early game was painfully long. Mainly due to my incompetence. Took me 121 days to get to clan level 2 and join the Southern Empire. Can't wait for mod support and the amazing things you all do to help a game live for 10+ years

One of my favourite units. It's awesome how in the PS2 games the only Rohan soldiers you see are Royal Guards hahaha and they are awesome! :)

As Blackdeck says, we rely on Taleworlds pushing out a full version of Bannerlord for us to make progress on KoA.

just out of curiosity, would it be possible to "build" a camp on the campaignmap? Like a tent camp where you can garrison troops and store items. It would take some days to put up and could be disesambled and also attacked by enemys. (Would even be film friendly like rohan as they were heading to aid Gondor)
This is one thing im extremely sorry not beeing in vanilla and probably never have if its not for the modders to make this possible. Always wanted to make a little camp which i can call mine.

Thank you very much for your work! Waiting for your modification more than Bannerlord was waiting for!)
Please forgive me my English))
My question is, should we expect spider units from the Mirkwood and Shelob? And also units from the Anduin Valley - werewolf bears - bearings?
As well as about the idea of units of animals at Radagast. Unplayable of course or as his retinue for example. Just a few could be obtained with your squad, after completing the quest chain at Radagast.

Hey there,
Radagast wont have any animals with him. Most animals are a hard subject because it will take a lot of work to make them enjoyable in game. So spiders and bears are unconfirmed.
