Armour for Hirluin the Fair, Lord of Pinnath Gelin. The armour will also be used for captains and officers of the fiefdom.

Wonderful model as ever but would it be too burdensome to make Hirluin's armour and by extension other lord armours unique to them? Personally I beleive this would bring authenticity and gravity to lord encounters distinguishing the fief lords, who are after all some of the most powerful men in Gondor, from common knights marking them as men of influence and prestige. I don't request a new model as this would likely entail excessive amounts of effort for too little gain but a unique variant, perhaps with added nunenorean style wings or sections of the armour repainted in hues of green befitting the theme of Pinnath Gelin, seems much more doable and may be worth it for added immersion. Merely a suggestion I absolutely love this mod regardless and patiently await the release of bannerlord so that I can finally get my hands on it.

The plan was to have unique lord armours. Since there are so many lords starting and a potentially unlimited amount with new lords taking place of dead ones, having unique armour for every lord is out of the question.

For the most part there will be a set of lordly armour based very closely on every fiefdom's armour. Lords will also look unique with their equipment, often using weapons different than the other knights. We can also introduce unique helmets specifically for lords, like you see here S-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com , probably not those exactly but it shows the general idea. So you could have multiple Pinnath Gelin lords all looking unique. One could be using a great sword with the helmet in the image above while another lord is using a sword with shield and a general helmet.

But I think you are right, there are some lords/characters that could use some special attention. Specifically the lords of fiefdoms. So Hirluin will be getting a little update :) Not sure if I agree with a painted cuirass, just that I feel it doesn't fit with a Gondorian armour, I will try it out though. I think I will most likely go with a unique helmet or weapon though :)

Well thanks for considering it and for all the time you take making all this incredible work, whatever you decide on I'm certain it will look just as awesome as the other outstanding models you've made so far. Can't wait to see it.

The E3 demo and the new content on the TaleWorlds website are now launched and was completed as they showed new combat and a system that lets capes or any other accessory flow and animate so that might be an answer to one of the earlier questions. They somehow figured out how to run the game smoothly with all those additions being put on to the game.
