Retextured model for captains and lords along with a shield and sword. Some more progress will be made with Gondor, then it will divert to Mordor finally!

Just a suggestion, a slight but noticeable difference between the helmets of a captain and his troops would go a long way and make it easier to see one in a cluster, maybe making the wings of a captain larger? Everything still looks incredible as is, and I can't wait to see more.
I had considered using an updated version of the old Swan Knight helmet for the captain, Moddb.com , that or another variation.
This is simply exquisite, better then most models from "AAA" games.
