Well got ahold of these from Doci who is working on the Galactic Council mod and they rock!. Ignore the green color that has been dealt with.
I don't think I like these at all... maybe you could make sum sort of option to disable them?
How about smaller versions of HWC energy canons, I think they were looking great.
