11:59 is a total overhaul mod for the game Age of Civilizations II that revolves primarily around the Cold War. New mechanics have been added, breaking ground where no other mods have gone before, as well as several changes to the map. This combined, with a large variety of historical events, and a complete overhaul of the soundtrack and the interface makes 11:59 the leading Cold War mod of Age of Civilizations II.

Major Changes: - Added British decolonisation events. - Revamped Chinese Civil War. - Added corresponding cliques. - New loading quotes and localisation. - Fixed Scenario Editor crash bug. - Revamped technology icons and names. - Redone launcher (WIP). Minor Changes: - Standardised modded localisation to British English. - Colour change for the United States and initial client states. - Changed German states to reflect the 16 Bundesländer. - Minor map changes. - New GFX icons. - Fixed some flags.
