11:59 is a total overhaul mod for the game Age of Civilizations II that revolves primarily around the Cold War. This is a development build, so download if you wish to keep up with the most recent development. Due to previous concerns over 0.86b's glitches, 0.87b has been released as a bugfix. 0.87b fixes: - The editor bugs which plagued earlier versions. - Governments can now be switched and assigned properly. - Glitches in the background image have been corrected. - Glitches in Canadian and Australian province borders have been fixed. - Province connections have been fixed. - Growth rate has been fixed.
