11:59 is a total overhaul mod for the game Age of Civilizations II that revolves primarily around the Cold War. New mechanics have been added, breaking ground where no other mods have gone before, as well as several changes to the map. This combined, with a large variety of historical events, and a complete overhaul of the soundtrack and the interface makes 11:59 the leading Cold War mod of Age of Civilizations II.
