This mod completely changes TEC gameplay. Advent and Vasari have been removed.
Description
This version includes a lot of changes. Almost all of the research costs have been changed. Capital ship abilities have been balanced and Radiance is now fully working. The carriers now can sprint. The planet militia has been changed.
