Aye, unfortunately Crusaders weren't overly fond of women taking arms, and the region in general has never been what we'd call amenable to women (Zenobia and others before the dominance of Islam and Romanized Christianity being notable exceptions of course, alongside Pre-Islamic Persia) but that makes unseating and hitting those sexist lords in the face with a sword that much more rewarding!

What's the ETA on female characters? I know there's not a lot of us in the historical gaming scene unfortunately, but it would be greatly appreciated to be able to experience this mod without having to play a man.

That file is no longer there and I just bought FC2 on sale specifically so I could play with this mod and the play as female one - and unfortunately the female one on its own seems to be giving me a CTD. If you don't mind my asking, could you reupload the version you gave to the Guest?

I will agree on this - though it would be fairly easy to rename it personally, it depends on if the devs keep them as Arabic and Islamic. I personally will hope for the opposite, as I love the Sassanids.

A dynasty lasting that long isn't entirely impossible, and here on earth we even had ruling dynasties that went past two thousand years.
