A case builder that would allow players to create their own cases for their friends or for other players to solve.

Are you worried about the legal issues involved with making a fan game? I've been considering making one for quite some time now, and I'm simply wondering how I could do it without getting sued. If I were asked to take it down, I would comply.. but I'm worried about losing money in a lawsuit.

My first project will start up with a ptrototype some time next year, I hope.
