Why is the file an exe but the description says its a zip?

Is the Macworld spartan unrigged? I don't see an armature in the blend file.

Yes, I am aware of that. However that doesnt matter here. This mod is not a hyper accurate beta recreation, its more of a re-imagining. Like the wasteland soldiers were only present in concept art, and yet they are in this mod. I don't see the harm in re-implementing the skin-groups as an optional toggle.

Is there plans to add back the shotgunner skingroups on the soldiers? I noticed the skingroup is still present on the model but goes unused. I find it easier to fight soldiers when the shotgunners are clearly marked (aside from just the shotgun in their hands).
I think it'd be a good toggle to add in the menus in a future release

I was having a lot of trouble getting this to work. It was crashing on start up, but I had Minerva installed on the same drive as MMod and HL2. Turns out I needed Source SDK Base 2013 installed as well.
So that means MMod for hl2, its episodes, lost coast, and update does not need SDK base.
Minerva by itself does not need SDK base.
MMod Minerva DOES need SDK base.
So if folks are still getting crashes after installing this patch, check to make sure you have Source SDK Base 2013 (Singleplayer) installed.
